Have been running PC companion for some time now, downloaded an update the other day and now my PC companion window is blank only "how to connect and update phone/tablet" top left and "PC Companion Settings" top right.
If you connect the phone,how is it?
Hi and welcome to the community! Since you're new please be sure that you have checked out our Discussion guidelines.
Make sure that you have the latest version of Java installed on your PC. Also make sure that PC Companion is allowed in your firewall.
No difference with phone attached. I have also uninstalled and re-installed.
My Java is up to date, did not check my firewall
Check firewall,you might want to give it a try and reinstall PCC.

Uninstalled, pulled down fire wall and re- installed, made no difference
I suggest you try PCC on another computer,it might be related to yours.
