when opening pc companion it always asked to update it. When updating it it only stuck on 384kb download... it wont proceed no matter how i tried many times and my internet is working fine... i cannot use PC companion.....
Make sure that PC Companion is allowed in your firewall.
You can try to uninstall PC Companion and download it again from our homepage:
