PC companion Experia E1 transfer wizard doesn't work

Trying to transfer contacts from PC.

Click 'Start' for Contacts setup opens dialogue box with 2 blank buttons.

Clicking right hand button opens Experia transfer wizard. Clicked 'Outlook contacts' and clicked radio button.  'Contacts' appears under 'Data that can be transferred.  Pressing 'start' does nothing.

Already uninstalled and reinstalled software.

Best way I find is to do this the old fashioned way - Create a .csv backup of your outlook contacts then transfer this to your phone then on your phone open contacts then tap the 3 dots and then import the .csv file
