I am not able to update my phone using pc comoanion and sony update service. When I follow the instructuions and connect the usb to the phone pressing the volume down key, a green light appears and after that no progress occurs on pc companion screen. The pc companion shows no phone connected and the pc companion update screen remains still on the instructions page. Please suggest solutions to fix this asap.
