PC Companion claims I have the latest software

The PC companion app claims I have the latest software version, when I'm on 5.0 after repairing my 6.0 install this morning. I downloaded marshmallow yesterday, so it's obviously out in my region. Having nothing but problems with this phone and this release.

could you check again here if the update was released : xpericheck.com

how about OTA update? settings>aboutphone

try to reinstall Xperia Companion.

I installed the update yesterday, it's been released for sure. Yesterday it downloaded fine, and today it won't.

There's nothing relating to an OTA update anywhere. The only update notifications I'm getting are for all the stupid un-uninstallable bloatware on this phone.

Reinstalling the companion didn't work.

is your phone locked to a network? i.e bought directly from your network provider.,

well if you already check with xpericheck.com, and the latest firmware is released for your region is 26.3.A.0.131,

there is nothing else you can do but to wait for it to come again on XPeria companion.

or you can contact your local service center Local support

Looks like there's an update for my phone e2333, and it was released three days ago,

but no notification either via OTA or through Xperia Companion.

I use it in a different coutry then the CDA, but I don't think that it should be an issue for the Companion
