PC Companion can't connect to internet

Read all the solutions but still doesn't work for me on Windows 7.

When I try to synchronize calendar or agenda I get the following :

"This application has to be downloaded -- connect your PC to the Internet" (which I am already).

Does your computer has a firewall or antivirus ?
