PC Companion Backup - feature

Hello all,

I would like to ask for your help because I've installed the version 2.10.197 produciont 34.1 of PC Companion but it doesn't show the "backup & restore feature" on my Pc I got the following icon:

Support zone

Xperia Transfer

Contacts Setup

Media Go

Sync Zone

File Manager

but not the "backup & restore" one.

Please, could someone help me? Thank you very much in advance

That's odd, what if you uninstall > reinstall PCC?

... sadly I've tried a few times yet, uninstall and install ...

... I also tried, after uninstalling, to install and old version and then upgrading: nothing to do :smileyconfused:...

It could be that PCC does not support this for J.There are some other phones for which PCC does not have the backup,like tipo and miro.

Alexdon is correct, PC Companion do not support the backup & restore function for Xperia J.
