PC cannot detect xperia J

I have just bought my phone like a month ago.

After updating it to ICS, it started malfunctioning. My PC cannot detect it anymore. I have tried several tips like:

-using a different usb cable

-trying into different usb hubs

-trying a new pc

-updating softwares

but none of which was effective. what should I do? I did not expect xperia would give me such a headache!
