Pattern problem in 4.0.4

I have upgraded my android 4.0.3 to 4.04 (Build 4.1.B.0.431). I am getting pattern problem from there onwards. My pattern is jumping first 2 or 3 times. Next pattern is drawing correctly. Is the problem with touch or android ?
