They are absolutely capable of changing anything without us realizing. They even cheat with the back panel. They returned my mobile (Sony XPeria M Dual) with out the camera button, when I pointed this out to them, they gave me another back panel which was old and scratched , again when i told them that this an old panel, the service guy took it inside , wiped it with water and gave it to me telling it is a brand new panel, only after I insisted that is was the same old panel was i finally given a new panel. By the way my mobile was only 45 days old. SO PLZ PLZ MAKE SURE THAT U CROSS CHECK EVERYTHING BEFORE SIGNING ON THE RECEIVING FORM AND BEFORE GIVING IT FOR SERVICE KINDLY MAKE A NOTE OF ALL THE DETAILS OF THE PHONE AND GO THROUGH THE JOB SHEET THOROUGHLY BEFORE SIGNING. THEY ARE SPOILING THE NAME OF SONY.
