unnable to pair my  xperia z2 with my laptop widows 7 64 bits every time it show your device has not been configured

Open Computer then with your phone connected via USB right click on your phone then left click Network configuration and follow the instruction to configure

do a full reset of your phone after try again 

or wait for lolipop to update and try after update

Have you tried to do it via Pc Companion - also did you get a message on your phone to allow the RSA key

Yes i tried via pc companion.. no result, no i don't get message to allow rsa key

I had the same problem...

All you need to do is to unpair your pc off the phone first.. then follow thommo's steps..
