Your question is not 100% clear.
Do you mean that your PC is running Skype, and the PC already has an internet connection?
Now you just want to connect the P1i to the PC, only to use the mic and the camera of the P1i with Skype?
In such case I guess the answer is "No". At least I have never heard about any SW for this.
