overheating issue

My phone is experiencing the well-known overheating issue. I talked to one of the SE technicians and all she did was give me an update service program for my phone which took hours to complete and did not solve anything. What's more is that there are no service centres in the country where i live, which is Malta, so I have no idea what i can do. The problem is so bad that my phone won't even get past the unlock screen, so i can probably just throw my phone away because it is no more useful than a brick. This is very irresponsible of Sony!! Definitley not buying another product from yours what a waste of my money.

This problem can be fixed at an repair center and if you have no local repair center I suggest that you contact your local support team or retailer to get assistance on how to send your phone for repair.
