Outgoing calls

I've searched the forum, but I couldn't find the topic where the same problem was discussed. I'm unable to place a call if I don't have the number saved in my contact list. I looked in settings, but I didn't find anything that could help. I really hope someone has the solution for this particular problem. Thank you.

you can place calls as long as you have the phone stored in your contacts? or you can't make phonecalls at all
