Outgoing call error

My phone is Z5 premium dual sim and I'm using 2 sims the first one is for calling and data the second one is gsm also for calling use....
So the problem is:
The second sim is not able to make any outgoing call else if it replaced by new one....
The second sim is fully respond to send/receive Sms ;receive incoming calls ;ussd responding..... etc. Only not able to make any outgoing call through the sim2.
Please help

Hi @Moaiad_Obeid,

I am sorry you're having troubles with your SIMs. Let's try to figure out what's happening here.

If you swap the SIM cards around, does it do the same thing?

Regarding to your ask if swapping SIM cards.... Yes i sill have the same problem and moreover replace the sim cards with new...

I see. The next thing I would suggest in this case then is performing a software repair using Xperia Companion.
