otg not working

My otg pendrive is not working on e3 ds d2212. It was working previously but had unmount problem

Have you checked with other pendrive to make sure the pendrive you were using aren't corrupted?

Yes I have tried several other pendrives too which are working fine with my laptop and running FAT file system. I have also tried SanDisk OTG Dual pendrive to ckeck if my otg adapter had some problem, but it also don't works.

If you connect your phone via micro usb port.Does the PC detects your phone ?

On Xperia E3 dual and C3 dual I have facing same issues with otg pen drive with sd card applications

I don't know about E3 but am a C3 user and it supports otg

E3 and C3 both supports otg because I am using E3 and my friend using C3 but on both device have issues with applications which are on sd card
