Original Headset worthless

Picked up Xperia M (Single Sim) last November, the phone is amazing but the stock headsets are really not the actually Sony Headset (though they are coz it is printed). I have read few posts on what other headsets are compatible, however still unable to arrive at a solution.... Suggestion please !!!!

I don't recomend that you get apple products as the volume keys might not work, make sure that the headphones are CTIA

You can always get better sound with better headphones
