one more question: reset and backup

how to back up my data? and application?

what i loss if i reset my phone? is there any application that provided by the factory? cause there are some that make this phone more preferable.... and i'm not sure to find them all freely again....

your PC companion itself can backup your contact,messages,files....

to backup your apps use go backup app......

When you do a reset you lose your msgs,contacts,call logs etc........

so i wont loss any application? or applciation data?

so i should do it from reset factory option just by tap it like any other option, and unchecking internal memory...
