Numerical pattern

Hi!!

I have a xperia z1, keep the phone into my bag and when I came out had a numerical pattern, and now I can not access this to my phone, I can receive phone calls but I can not access it. I've never been in this mobile any pattern.

What can I do so I can access it?

I tried to update the SW, I have off and on the phone, I've had more than 200 codes for the pattern .....

Please, any recommendations would be helpful

Hi and welcome to the community! Since you're new please be sure that you have checked out our Discussion guidelines.

I suggest that you try to repair the phone software using PC Companion., as it's the only way to remove the screen lock.


If the issue should still remain I think that this needs to be examined and fixed at a repair center. For more information about how to submit your phone for repair and where, contact your local support team.
