Notification Problems

Hello,
I have a problem with my Sony Xperia E. After updating my phone software (i guess) i stoped receiving notification sounds from every app.

And thats not the only problem.

If i wanna see what notifications i've recived i need to open the apps so i can see them.
I am really pissed off.
I little help will be okay

Something could have went wrong with the update,try to repair with sony update service.

I restarted the phone, the computer, checked the firewall and everything, and still cant do the repair :S

Okay, I've done the repair but still nothing. I am not receiving fb notification sounds and another app sounds and i need to open the app so i can see the notifications.
Any help?

Are you using whatsapp?Try to remove it,and check again.Also,disable stamina mode.

I am not using Whats Up, and i've done that you told me but still nothing. I started receiving the notifications but only when i am opening the app.
Any other sugestion?
