Notification Light issue

(I searched in forum first and couldn't get answer to this so... here it comes)

I have Sony Xperia ZL (C6503) Build 10.1.A.1.350 with Android 4.1.2.

I've tried even the "suggestion" to Factory Reset unchecking "Back up my data". Not worked.

Performed *#*#7378423#*#* and tested the functionality. Blinks twice for BLUE, RED and GREEN.

"Workaround" Lightflow App didn't worked.

When it works: charging (red/green), low battery (red) and calling if you remove the device from your ear (blue) - due proximity.

ALL notifications (for all Apps) box checked. None working (even for SMS). This is definetely boring me and all I heard was "for the next firmware update, this will be fixed" - which is ridiculous. There should be other way. I rather to say I didn't found the answer yet - and YES, the Stamina Mode is OFF.

By the way, I'd perform other Factory Reset again, ONLY as the last option and with 100% guaranteed that'd work T_T

Please... help.

By the way... when it's the next FW update?

There is a work around. But you have to factory reset. When the phone boots up. Do not activate Google during the setup. Just skip it. Just do it manually

Check for update using pc companion or sony update service the new firmware updates have fixed this issue

It was the first thing I did. As you will installing some Apps ans syncing agenda, the notifications gone off and it's working only what I told, hence, it's not a valid workaround.

Hey Arjun, I'm really waiting for that. PC Companion says it's "Up to date". So I think it's just matter of time for a new FW version. But not sure WHEN. Still, the issue persists

As i think everybody have atleast got the .434 firmware

Brazil. This is a branded (when I purchased there wasn't unbranded) VIVO.

Do you think when they send a new FW, this will be fixed? I'd like to install the unbranded FW, but I'd lose my warraty =(

Ahh it's branded then it depends on your carrier when they will release the FW

Yes when you will get it these problems will be fixed
