Notification LED

Hi!

When i recieve any message, or have missed call, the LED doesnt do anything, but when it is charging, its ok. Any idea?

it happened to my phone too, why it is not working because

>you might have updated the software on the phone ?? it would have not installed correctly, might be a glitch on the software

what you can do

>try to hard reset the phone, this might fix the issue ,if not you have high speed internet(not wifi) then try to update software again, will bet it will fix the problem

Yes, it is since i updated the software... Hard reset is to reset factory settings?

        yep, do restore

turn off you phone(if possible) press and hold volume up button for few secs, you can feel vibrations on phone, then press power button, you can see sony on the screen let go the buttons, you can see few options , use volume up and down button as scrolls, select clear data, restart phone

i turned off the phone, do what you said, but there is nothing. no vibrating when i hold the volume up button, and not happening anything.

>this is the maximum what we can do online, try to fix, the last way what you can do is take your phone back to sony center, they will able to fix the problem, if they found any, feel sorry that nothing happening till now!!!
