Notification LED light- disable-enable option missing?

Well i think this is very basic settings missing from Xperia L(probably in other model too).

There should have been something in Settings>Display>Notification LED light (disable/enable option).But there is nothing like that in Xperia L C2104

Is there any working app for C2104?( I tried couple of them now working completely disable light)

I'm not aware of any app with this function but check Google Play if you find any. 

You can enable/disable the LED notification in certain apps like messaging. Open messaging > menu button > settings. 

If you activates stamina mode in your phone under settings > power management, the LED light with not notify.

What about un-checking 'settings>display>pulse noti fication light' ?

I tried few play store application which doesnt seem to work.

Trying settings in every application settings is pain bigtime. Something like this is suppose to be very basic settings.

I dont wanna use stamina mode since its pause data connection when screen is off.

I saw somewhere that the option is available in 4.2.2? not sure though?

I have searched everywhere in setting the closest thing I can find is pulse notification light and that wont work someone help my model is a experia LT26i
