Notification LED and Stamina Mode issue

Hi All,

I am facing notfication LED and Stamina mode issue after updating Xperia Z with latest release. Does this issue has any alternate solution other than resetting the phone ?

If no then when should we expect the fix for this ?

Hi, After upgrading my Xperia Z to version 10.1.A.1.434, stamina mode was malfunctioning, because with 100% battery charge the system shows that there is only 1 day and 6 hours of battery life. I did a reinstall of the firmware with PC companion but the problem appears again.

Even though your Stamina Mode showed you that you have 1 day and 6 hours standby time left, how long did the phone last on the full charge? the stamina mode could have simply been reset from your previous usage since you updates your firmware version.

I have installed latest update i.e 10.1.A.1.434, since then notification LED doesn't work for email, missed call, message etc. I googled this issue and and found that there is an issue with this update, so I reset the phone, but it didn't work. Following are my observations

Stamina mode ON   : No notifications for email, missed call, message etc.

Stamina mode OFF : Some notfication work some doesn't.

I don't know what is the issue :smileysad:, because before firmware update everything was working fine.

yep, I updated another thread with similar info. With Stamina mode you get nothing. Adding Texting/Messaging to list of apps active in stamina mode does nothing either

Sure would be nice if Sony could ack this and the fix it...

Hi if you have problem with getting your led notification to work for messages facebook and so on
Don't need to reset phone make sure stamina mode is off. Make sure in text message setting led notification is ticked and just one more thing goto settings display then scroll down make sure pulse notification is ticked aswell if its not you won't get led notification
