The notification "bubble" that keeps counts of how many push notifications an app has (it shows up as a little yellow circle with a number on it) only works for a select few applications on my phone. This was an issue in 4.4 KitKat and it's still a problem with the new Lollipop update. The notification "bubble" only shows up on the Facebook and Dialer app icons. I still get notifications from all apps in the drawer, but I would like them to work properly in the interface as well.
Contact the app developers regarding this issue, as it's up to them to add this feature.
Uh, this has been a "feature" of nearly every smartphone app since the iPhone came out in 08, it's not a new thing. I'm not sure you understand what I'm talking about.
Perhaps you can't understand what I'm saying, the app developers have to address that issue not Sony, as you can see, you get those bubbles from other apps, but some others lack this "feature", that will be up to the app developer, not Sony, to address this, this is Android not iOS
It works on other Android builds though (for example, on my last phone the Nexus 4 it worked just fine) so I do think it's a Sony issue.
Yeah, I know what you are saying, but this is android, there are certain apps that will work with most phones and encounter bugs with other phones, this will have to be addressed by the app developers.
