Notification bar

I have received a message regarding the system update avaliable now. I want to update my phone later. I cannot remove the message shown in Notification bar. I would like to ask someone let me know how to remove the message.

go to settings > apps > all.

go to update service, clear data.

A warning message has been shown all data will be deleted including all file,setting,account and database. If I clear, it will affect my phone?

just clear it. 

its update center btw. not update service. sorry for the error
