Not Working Properly

Sir I ought xperia sp C23099 from flipkart on the sale on 6-10-2014 

It was not working properly ,it was hanging , from unplug charger it battery becomes in 1 sec 100% to 99% ,i was unsatisfied from the sony service 

beacause some day ago i go to sony service center bhopal but it was still hanging therfore

please exchange or repair the mobile
