Not satisfied android ICS 4.0.4

I've updated my Xpria Neo V to ICS 4.1.B.0.587 since it release. However I'm still not statified with the phone performance..:smileysad: This are the things that I experience on my phone

1) UI are so laggy

2) Video camera choppy when recording

3) Widgets, Music Player app, Gallery app are still the same as Android 2.3..Nothing new..

3) Battery never last long. Usually last half a day..

4) 2.6 kernel (prefer 3.0 kernel like HTC phones running same specs as the 2011 Xperias)

5) Wifi disconnects after a few seconds!

6) Need to wait a very long time just to get a minor update (4.1.B.0.587)

7) To many bloatwares

1 you can use a different home launcher

2 consider repairing your phone and reformating your SD card

3 of course the apps are the same, you do get access to new apps on the market

4 double check what's draining your battery

settings > battery > charge your phone 100% then use your phone as you normaly do once it reaches 10% check this list, take screenshots and post it here, take another screenshot of the graph and also tap on the top 5 items and post the info here

5) kernel, sony is not going to invest on the 2011 Xperias anymore, don't expect any major updates.

6) repairing your phone might solve this provlem

7) this has to do with your location

8)settings > apps > tap on the app > disable it

All those who are very unhappy with ICS update, like me, I would advice you to root your phone, see this post by Nabeel: {GUIDE} How to Root Xperia™ Smartphones

Then Install any custom ROM with locked bootloader. I am very satisfied with 'Jelly Sandwich 8.0', check this: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1928946http://
