not recommended sony mobile

dear sir.

  it was my big mistake that i was spend hudge money in purchased z2 phone.

when i purxhased storkeeper told me it is 4g phone but now i read that this phone is not support lte.

now sony is not beliveble brand ans i will not recommneded to myfriends and my faimily for purchase any sony brand.

Where did you buy it from? Was it a sony store? You should have documented a bit before buying.

Welcome to the community.

The Xperia Z2 does support LTE (4G). You can refer to the specifications here or the white paper here. As you can see, it supports LTE bands 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 7, 8, 13, 17 and 20.

If 4G is not working on your device, you will need to contact your network provider.

It is totally the shopkeepers fault and even your fault not knowing properly about the phone...
D6502 is 3G
D6503 is 4G...
You should've checked properly on the Internet and buy with your eyes open....
