Hi.
i've got a problem on Z3C.
Not receiving notifications on some apps or receiving them very rerely.

Some stats:
- Gmail - always receiving.
- whatsapp and viber - - always receiving.
- facebook - often. But some are missed.
- instagram - rarery. 5%.
- linkedin - rarery. 5%.

Have tried:
- App settings. Notifcations are turned on in the Apps.
- rebooting phone.
- turning stamina on and off does not help.
- have tried turning on and off ultra-stamind
- опция "поставить данны в очередь" выключена.
- 2G\3G\4G\Wi-fi. No changes.
- Reinstalling instagram/linkedin.
- cleared cache for instagram and linkedin.
- bootloader is locked. No root.
- firmware 23.0.1.A.5.77

What else am i missing ?

PS:
i've got other devices stats which have the same applications (the same versions) installed:
SonyXperia P [Android 4.1] - OK.
Nexus 7 [Android 4.4.4] - OK.
Sony Xperia Z3 Compact [Android 4.4.4] - No notifications.

Do you have an antivirus or taskiller? is it through data or wifi?

There is AVG antivirus installed, wich came with the device.

But i did not accepted their policies, so it should be not be active.

No task killers.

i've been using 2 battery monitoring apps: Battery Mix and Wakelock Detector.

Tried to uninstall both of them - no effect.

(Wakelock Detector in 4.4.4 without root was not working anyway)

Uninstall all of those apps (antivirus, taskillers, battery apps, etc) then uninstall the apps that aren't working > restart your phone > redownload instagram > check again
