Hi, I got an OTA update notification on my Neo V, i downloaded it and then the phone rebooted but after that it said the update can not be installed, try later, i tried again but it didnt work. My phone's SI number is still not on the list, is that the reason why its not updating my phone OTA or is this some other issue?
