Not connecting automatically to saved networks

After 4.4.4 upgrade my phone don't connect automatically to saved networks, every time I got home I have to do it manually, when I got to work the same, even sometimes the home or work network don't show up, I need to restart the phone, and after that it connects automatically, I didn't have to do anything. I tried with scanning always enable and disabled and it's the same. The problem is when I forget to connect it's using 4G and I only have 200 mb month.

it's not only work and home it's every place that I have the networks saved, simply don't connect automatically, I need to do manually, and sometimes I have to turn power off and on to be able to connect, this start happen after 4.4.4

You can't. You have to go app by app and test each one to figure out which app is the one cause the problem.

I've already found the app, it's a app to connect to free hot spots, from my Internet provider

2 Apps

3 All apps

4 Find the app 

5 Uninstall it or disable the app
