Not able to install aps's from unknown sources after software update

Dear support,

After the upgrade that had been issued for the Z5 I am not able to install apk's from unknown sources. When I try installing it, it shows the install button but it's not active and can't be pressed on! Tried to press on it several times but it doesn't react. The cancel button is active though.

Just to make sure, do you have that option enabled in Security settings?

Can you test if this happens also in safe mode?

Sorry to hear that.

Also make sure that the apk you are trying to install is compatible with Z5. I believe this will also happen if you try to install an apk that's not compatible. To see if it might be the apk, try installing another apk like Whatsapp or similar: https://www.whatsapp.com/android/

i am facing the same problem on my Z5 premium E6833 when installing apps from unknown source after thr MM update.also can't change my Administraters in settings(on/off not working)..but as mentioned cancel option still works
