not abel to start

i am tring to chache my phone and i am not abel to stard or do eny thing i have treid to wait for 30 min but noting i treid to doe get it chard by my pc noting ony the red led appers when i press the power buttenit alrdy charing for like 2-3 hours but noting can same one help me?

Connect your phone to a wall charger > press and hold power & volume up for 5 seconds > let your phone charge for 1 hour > after one hour repair your phone with either PCC or SUS (do not turn on your phone )
