Noise Problem

Hi,

there is usually muffled sound comes from other side in conversation. and lot of parasite. i replaced other new sim card but nothing changes.(i read in forum)

is this a hardware or software problem. is there anybody facing with this problem and find any solution.

It's hard to say it it's soft- or hardware related actually. To rule out software issues you can try to repair the software via PC Companion:
