no z tablet lte update to 4.2.2? November 2013 now?

Hi all. I bought 12 tablet z's lte version from the US for use in Canada. They all have SIM cards. Why cant I get the 4.2.2 update?

Thanks a lot. Any advice on a good android deployment software for these devices so I can keep them all the same and mayne even update them together.

Not at all, I know what you are requesting, you can update multiple ipads at the same time as long as you have a central computer, but I haven't seen anything similar with android nor Sony.
