No Xperia U camera settings

My Xperia U was getting slow, si I backed up all my data and reset the phone. I was happy until I wanted to take pictures. The camera doesn't have many of the features it used to have such as exposure value, ISO, 3D or touch focus. I tried "updating" the OS but I can't because it's already updated. Any ideas how I can get those features back?

Thanks for the ideas. PCC is what I had originally tried and it didn't work because the OS is up-to-date. I just tried SUS, but the camera is still very austere. I added a pic to show what the camera screen looks like. Any other ideas on how i can get the camera reinstalled to get all the features?
