When I got my X5 in the US,they said I could send it in 4 support,but I tried to send it for a warrant fix but they declined to fix it since the screen was cracked and they aren't going to fix it and they don't have any technicians, and if I fix on my own,the warranty is void.. In short if u buy the 4n and it malfunctions or drops just after u open it its garbage, so sad lesson learnt,and they have no physical shop/store/contact anywhere in the USA.now I know why almost everyone uses the USA use the iPhone and y thez no carrier with them..

Uli is actually from the US, have you tried contacting other local service center? Local support

That's the same support provided,is there any other? Know any 3Rd party dealer for the z5 in Memphis TN?

Any help on where I can find screen replacement here in the mid-south?

Similar thing happened to me. Don't expect much of sony after purchasing your device.

My Z5 won't connect to wifi and when i sent it for repair here in The UK, they said the screen is damaged (though the screen is working just fine and no cracks, nothing, brand new), so they refused to repair it saying that if your screen is damaged, your warranty doesn't cover the repair. I asked them what does the wifi have to do with the screen?! And they repeated the same lame excuse.

So, yeah, try to sell yours and buy Iphone or Samsung, at least they have different physical branches and repair shops around.
