No sound from the earspeaker

Hi guys i really need some help im using the m4 aqua and its a fantastic phone, but the last week or so for some reason when i make a call i dont hear the ring tone and cant hear the person on the other end unless i click the audio output option during call then it sounds like hands free(pretty loud), ive tried the checks and the ear speaker fails during the diagnostic test. Please help i urgently need this sorted if possible

well if it failed the diagnostics, you should have your phone checked by your local sony service center

I'm sorry to hear this.

You can try a software repair using PC Companion to rule out that this could be software related. However, the failed diagnostics test points towards this being hardware related. If so, your Local support team can inform you of how to proceed further with a repair.

I have the same problem with my M4 Aqua. It started few days ago and  it's going only worse... I've tried software repair but it didn't help.

Hi guys still got the issue with the ear speaker, the only time i can hear someone and they can hear me is on handsfree, what are my options for inspection etc, is there a store i could take it in.
