No signal

Hi,

Since last week i cannot send any messages or make a call, it tells me that i have no signal but i do... I have access to internet

I tried to restore the phone but nothing changed, tried with another sim card but there is the same problem 😕

Any idea?

I wasn't suggesting you follow exactly the steps,you might need to stop by a sony service.
