no shutter noise option

I just updated my xperia z to the .253 and I have repair updated the phone twice but the camera shutter option is missing from my camera app. Prior to this update, had no problems with it. Anyone can shed light on this for me?

in certain countries this is a must (law), perhaps this is the case that it wasn't included and it was requested later on by the network/carrier or during the approval phase. the Shutter sound option should be at the bottom of the list (camera settings)
