No service

Hello, Im a sony xperia Z3 user from mauritius. Been already a year since i am using the smartphone. great phone indeed in terms of performance. 
However been a months since i've have encountered a "No Service" Problem with the phone! 
It says Airplane mode is on! (My Airplane mode is actually off )
I cannot turn on my radio for GSM service!!!

It's happened with my device too...
