I originally live in the UK, I travelled to Europe for a while and just came back yesterday.
After I landed in the UK airport, I switched on my phone and realized that there is no service.
But it had been working well before and even during the trip (roaming was working).
The strange thing is that I CAN still use data on my phone, but it just shows "No service"and I CANNOT make any call or send any message.
I tried re-installing the firmware via update service, factory reset, I even cleaned the SD storage. But it didn't help.
I tried another sim and the problem still exists, I put the original sim into another phone and it works perfectly. So I assume it is the phone's problem.
What can I do now?
