Hi Sony,
I'm your big fans and my phones are always from Sony. I just love your products! But now I'm so sad that your high-end phones like Xperia ZL and Xperia Z don't have any real keyboard more like Sony Ericsson Xperia Pro (which is my phone right now) does. I'm just wondering why don't you like this real keyboard? I mean, it's really practical and people can just type faster with this keyboard. I really want to try your high-end phones with those high specs but I just can't use a phone without a real keyboard and this is just bothering me! Come on Sony, make a high-end cellphone with a real keyboard and then I'm so sure that you'll get more people who even love you more!
