No playlist, no ringtone selection

Hey guys,

I just have Xperia Neo V and whenever I select a ringtone for specific contact, it has selected but after sometime(01 or 02 day), it has set to default ringtone of the phone and I have to set that ringtone again. How can it possible and any suggesion frnds and also whenever I create any song playlist in the music menu, it also be deleted after sometime. Do help guyz...

I have noticed this problem in the ICS version of the software. It has been forwarded to our developers for investigation.
