no pictures in album and no songs in walk man

i don't think the problem comes from sd card..my gallery didn't show any pictures and it says "there are no items in your collection". The same problem on walkman..it says "No music, transfer music tracks to the phone". Does anybody know how to solve this ?

I'm assuming your picutres and music is on your SD card?

Have you tried settings-apps-all-media storage,force stop and clear data and restart?

Have you tried removing the SD card for 30 seconds and tried putting it back in and checking it?

It may seem simple, however this is a likely fix.
