In safe mode it's ok.
Some time camera is not work, I should do restart then only it's work.

That means that there's an app acting up

perhaps a taskiller, task manager, antivirus, etc

you have 2 options, uninstall app by app until you find the culprit or just repair your phone with SUS or PCC and do NOT install
