No new Apps

Hi I hope someone can help...I have a phone which at 1st wouldn't connect to the internet, and the notification told me to go to my carrier, which I did. They hooked the phone to 4g network, and all was well until it came to me down loading apps from the play store. I keep getting an error message stating error retrieving information from server (RPC:S-7AEC-0) Can anyone help???? Please??:smileybroken_heart:

Hi and welcome to the community! Since you're new please be sure that you have checked out our Discussion guidelines.

Try clearing data and cache for Google Play Store under Settings -> Apps -> All and see if that helps. If not, do you get this error for all apps you try to download?

I will try clearing the cache, but yes, in answer to your question,I am not getting ANY apps!! I will let you know how the cache clearing goes....

Make sure to clear both data and cache for the app to reset it.

Well, I have done all I know HOW to do!! I have cleared data, I have cleared caches, and I have even restarted the phone, but to no avail!! The yellow notification triangle appears, with the all too familiar error message error retrieving information from server RPC:S-7:AEC-0. Please help.

Have you added any payment method to your Google account? If so, try removing them from https://wallet.google.com and see if the same thing happens.

If this doesn't help, try removing your Google account from the phone from Settings -> Google -> [your account] -> [menu] -> Remove account, restart the phone and then add it again.
