The phone as no network connection but its connected to the wifi. Wifi is working fine. The phone says its connected to the wifi but phone as no connection. Can anyone help me please.
if your wifi is on then you wont see the data connection on (you won't see an H, 3G, E, or G) once you turn off wifi you should be able to see it. this is normal with all phones, tablets.
