Is it like u r not at all getting any notification, or like you are not getting LED notification?
If its LED notification, every app have LED notificatoin settings in respective softwares settins option.
It you are not getting Notifications, then mostporbably Karspersky is blocking it (its a guess, as you said you are facing this problem only after installing kaspersky). You can enable notification in the settings too.. Try uninstalling kaspersky (it ifs not a paid version, cz I dont know how will it affect your liscence) and chechk if you face the same problem.
I dont know where, but everything related to notification will be in the phone and inidvidual applications setting. try roaming around in it...
